Welcome to the inaugural issue of The Helm!
As LTCPG continues to grow, so does our commitment to keeping our Partners informed, connected, and engaged. I'm pleased to welcome Jennifer McNeil, our new Administrative Coordinator, who will help us strengthen our communications and better serve our Partners. This newsletter is one more step toward building a stronger, more connected organization.
I'd also like to extend a warm welcome to the new Partners who have recently joined LTCPG. We're glad to have you with us and look forward to getting to know you, supporting your success, and building something exceptional together.
Reflecting on our annual conference in Baltimore, I'm still energized by the experience. The training was excellent, but what stood out most was the camaraderie, the conversations, and the genuine enthusiasm for one another's success. It's a reminder that the strength of LTCPG isn't simply in the business we produce, but in the people who make it possible.
Speaking of business, we're having a strong year! And to our Medicare producers in the thick of Annual Enrollment Period, we know how demanding this season can be. We're thinking of you, cheering you on, and wishing you a successful finish to AEP!
We're also continuing to invest in the people, systems, and resources that will help position LTCPG for success in the years ahead.
But through all this growth, there's something I hope we never lose sight of: LTCPG isn't just another MGA. It's your MGA. You're not simply doing business through this organization. You're helping shape its direction, its success, and its future.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to serve as Managing Member and even more grateful for the relationships we've built along the way. It's a privilege to work alongside such exceptional professionals, many of whom I'm fortunate to call friends.
